The climbing triangle is the perfect product for young children's endless play and physical and mental development. Created by Hungarian pediatrician Amy Pickler in the 1930s, it embodies his belief that children should be given the freedom to move and explore their environment at their own pace. This type of exploration is crucial for a child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Due to its uniqueness and versatility, the triangle is suitable for children from 6 months to about 5-6 years old. Regular use helps children develop coordination and motor skills, learn body control, and become physically stronger.

As children grow, the ways they use Pickler's climbing triangle become more varied. Here are some ideas for play activities with children over 18 months:

  • Place the climbing triangle in the middle of the room and take turns throwing a ball. The one who scores through the triangle is the winner.
  • If playing with dolls is your child's favorite pastime, use the triangle as a place to wash and iron the dolls' clothes.
  • When the doll gets tired of housework, create a hammock on the triangle where it can rest and recover.
  • Use the triangle for a puppet theater. Cover it to create a stage and act out scenes relevant to your child's experiences. For example, the cat took the dog's favorite toy, and the dog is very angry. Let the children solve the problem and enjoy the process.

Remember, in play, children set the rules, and we, the adults, guide them. If you want to offer a solution, introduce it within the game itself. For example, have the cat realize it should take turns sharing the toy.

A happy mind equals a happy life! Enjoy precious moments spent with your child. Be present and engaged.

The triangle does not need to be attached to the wall and can be moved freely. It is compact and easy to fold, making it convenient to place anywhere, even hanging on the wall.
